在 中测量检查曲面点到 CAD 的 dN 和三维距离之间的差异

三维距离是名义位置和实际位置之间的直线距离(使用三维直角)。

dN 只是沿着名义表面矢量的距离。

对于测量点不在零件边缘这一常规情形,这些值应当是相同的。然而,如果您的点在测量时是伸出至零件边缘,则三维距离可能更大,因为它是名义表面之外的特定距离。参阅下面图片中的例子:d3D 与表面边缘的 dN之间的比较。

在这两个情形中,用户都是以绿色名义表面作为参照进行检查。蓝点是位于表面界限内,因此它的名义投影是直接沿着表面法线。因此 d3D 会等于 dN。至于红色点,用户是在表面界限之外,因此我们只能投射到最近的边缘。常规的正常方向仍然是在向上方向。但我们的三维距离大于 dN,因为我们在计算 dN 时只考虑法线方向的要素。
