如果您在您的零件上使用目标来辅助点云注册,且您看到您预期在点云中看到的目标,请遵循这些准则。

  1. 确保您正确使用摄影测量目标和设置。
  2. Cobalt 3D Imager 相关说明请见 Measure 用户手册首选项部分。
  3. 确认投影仪和两个相机上的镜头罩均已移除
  4. 有两个可能的方案可能会导致曝光、超出范围、或视野出现相关问题。
    • 如果 CAM2 Measure未识别目标,则目标未显示在点云数据中。
      • 3D Imager Measure 点云向导中,使用颜色映射功能帮助设置最佳曝光值,如《Cobalt 用户手册》中所述。检查预览曝光滑块。通常情况下,曝光要设置在 10 到 30 ms(毫秒)之间。用户手册介绍了多种可达到此目的的方法。
      • 使用 Cobalt 用户手册中介绍的范围图像功能使 Cobalt 前方位于各相机镜头的视野 (FOV) 范围内。此范围会依您正在使用的相机镜头而有所不同。检查并确定镜头范围规格。
      • 请确保两个相机镜头可以看到您要在点云中采集的所有目标,以便 Measure 可以识别它们。例如,假定您在一个要成像的部分上的不同区域中已经设置了 9 个目标。如果右侧相机看到 6 个目标,左侧相机看到所有 9 个,但两个相机同时看到的只有 3 个,则 Cobalt 仅捕获 3 个目标且 Measure 仅识别这 3 个目标。
    • 如果 Measure识别目标,但它们未显示在点云数据中
