我对于如何正确判定零件的垂直度有点疑惑。如果用户测量一个平面上的小平面,数值相对较低。如果您测量较大区域上的平面,特征长度会增大,平面末端生成的缝隙会增大,进而造成相对较大的错误。我不确定正确的特征长度应该是多少。我认为如果印刷文字上每月特征长度,我们就使用特征长度,即三维平面的最长边。因此,平面转化成圆柱体中心线(我的例子),所显示的数值是离平面中心线(圆柱体)最远的点。我不是很确定此软件如何计算该数值。

  1. 当没有键入特征长度时,所使用的默认特征长度是多少?
  2. 软件使用特征的总长(直径)还是使用特征的一半(半径)? 使用平面还是圆柱体?
  3. 我应当从圆柱形零件的整个表面(平面)上取点,还是应当只检查表面(使用平面上的小平面) 取决于我如何检查零件,不同的结果不断出现。

回答:

许多几何 尺寸和公差测量 (GD&T) 计算是基于特征的尺寸,因此特征尺寸对计算有着很大影响。

  1. 当没有键入特征长度时,那么软件使用所测得的点来确定计算值。最初,键入长度是加上去,因为所测得地平面向零件的每一侧增加了 1"。如果测量了 1" 表面积,则 Measure 的平面会是 3" 长,垂度/平行度值是比本该有的值大 3 倍。键入的值被加上,所以您可以输入所检查的特征长度,并避免这个问题。 在 Measure 4.0 和更高版本中,多个单独读数(而不是只用总几何形状)被用于计算,因此特征的额外尺寸不会摇摆不定。因此键入选项是旧版 Measure 软件沿袭下来的功能。如果您键入一个特征长度,它会从特征的中心点开始,然后朝着每个方向延伸至所输入长度/2 的值。如果“键入值”被使用,则操作员应当输入平面的最长边或者圆柱体的长度(孔深)。
  2. 平面比较的是平行度和垂直度的读数,而不是整个几何形状。圆柱体会使用中心线的长度来计算垂直度、同心性、平行度,因为这些指令是基于中心线,而非基于直径/半径。中心线的长度取决于测量时两个最远的点。
  3. 它们应测量整个平面,因为那是印刷会调用的地方。如果只测量了平面的小区域,则您并未准确体现特征。
