使用校准板校准 Freestyle3D



为了确保您每次使用Freestyle3D时都能获得精度范围内的结果,FARO Freestyle3D需要根据工作环境和设备的操作状态来调整内部参数。FARO推荐您在下列情况下进行校准。

  • 您已经有一段时间没有使用Freestyle3D
  • 工作环境温度和上次校准的环境温度不同


您希望多久校准或者温度变化了多少才需要重新校准取决于很多原因,包括了项目的精度要求。校准只需花费些许时间并能节约大量无效工作的时间。

最佳的应用实例表明您在每个项目开始前需要重新校准来确保测量精度。如果您校准后需要连续进行一系列的项目,那您在项目之间就不需要重新校准了。

当涉及到温度与精度时,我们无法控制环境与工作习惯。比如您在早晨的阴凉处开始一个项目,但到了下午这片区域变得阳光充足并温暖,这时您会得到不一样的测量结果。操作者需要注意工作环境的温度变化并通过校准将项目控制在精度范围内。
